Intuitive Wisdom

I not sure about you, but I have never gone through anything like what the world is going through right now. I have no similar experiences to refer to. In other words, I’m making it up as I go. Although I do have one constant going for me, I trust my gut feelings, and I trust this intuitive wisdom. I also trust that when I make decisions based on my self-love, I will always be guided in the right direction.

To find a bit of perspective, and possibly comfort on how to manage life today, I’ll seek the wisdom from my Inner Voice. My questions will be in italics for clarity.

How do we best navigate through the ever-changing world around us?

The world has always been changing. Can you accept that what is happing now is part of the nature of an ever-changing world? The majority of time the changes are slight without much notice, or inconvenience. When this is the case you have a background of similar experiences as a resource for inner wisdom, and guidance. If events become new, you can quickly adapt by learning new ways of thinking, and living.

It is the learning new ways to adapt that cause the struggle within you, and everyone else who is living through a similar experience. When you begin to go through the learning process, you can seek the guidance from your true self—your inner voice. You can ask yourself a question, then feel for the answer. What emotions, or physical reactions do you feel while you are searching for an answer, or guidance to a particular issue? The information you receive from your own body will guide you through any struggles you may be experiencing.

Some of us are not familiar with receiving these kinds of messages from our body. How will we know if the answer is true for us?

Trust must be built with this process. Ask yourself a question, then feel for the answer. Move forward in the direction that feel the best. Then ask yourself,  how did things work out? If you did not follow the guidance, did things work out as you had hoped? When you observe the end result, you will recognize the right course of action from the feelings your body was telling you.

What if the feelings we receive from our body lead us in a different direction than what we want to do?

You will know the answer to this question by how events turn out.  Do things flow smoothly? Or, were there unexpected complications? The true feelings you receive from your intuitive wisdom will have your best interest as its main focus. If you push forward without following this wisdom you may regret it later.

Will I receive these feelings toward every question in my life, or just the situations that are important?

You can ask yourself any question, then feel for the true and right answer. You may have to search for the answer because there are many outside influences that can distract your thought process. Every question is important when it comes to your health and well-being.

The world is in a constant state of flux, will seeking our intuitive wisdom ease some of this uncertainty?

There is little you can do about the world around you, although you can maintain a steady state of center by learning to trust your intuitive wisdom. Imagine this loving wisdom as a beacon of light in the fog, or a bright candle in the darkness illumining the way. With this light, this wisdom, you will be able see and then think clearly. You may not be able to see the whole path ahead, but what you can see will bring you comfort, and then ease any anxiety you may be experiencing.

Is it possible to learn to trust that our intuitive feelings are always sending us important messages? How would life change if we trusted this wisdom instead of asking for the opinions of those around us? Let me know what you think, leave a comment or a question below or email me at paulhudon23@gmail.com. I’m always open to expanding the dialogue.

This week my conversation with my Inner Voice is about being here now. Are we too focused on the future to make the right choices to benefit our lives today? Here is an excerpt from,
“Be Here Now”

Is being here now important?

When you are in the present moment—being here now—you are the most receptive to the guidance that is constantly flowing within you. This guidance will reveal to you the answers you are seeking in the form of your intuition. The distractions of the, “what ifs?” will separate you from this guidance, as well as the life you were intended to live, while being here now.

This month my column in Conscious Shift Magazine discusses the opinions of others. Can we count on their opinions, or is it better to learn to trust ourselves. Check out, “One Hundred and Fifty Nine Opinions” at consciousshiftmagazine.com.

I hope you, and those you love are doing well today and every day.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post.

Peace and Well-Being
